Our immediate service area including that of our authorized dealer network is Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Southern Vancouver Island, and the Gulf Islands. Includes Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, White Rock, Delta, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Moody, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Squamish, Whistler, Victoria, Duncan, Sooke and the West Shore, Saanich and all points in between. We travel much further when needed and have installation contractors in many other areas, and happily support your own contractors or DIY approach as needed.

We have shipped to over 40 countries, so are comfortable with support from a distance.

We don't have a storefront for you to visit, but we are more than happy to come to you. As an essential business we remain fully committed to your needs during COVID.

Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm PST, excluding public holidays (or by appointment).
